leadership_and-1I like how this book is in story form. When I read self help books I find it hard to just read about the concepts in fact form. In this book they present it in a story ┬áto show us how to use the concepts they are teaching us. When we are out of the box we are thinking in new ways we’ve never tried that are foreign to us. Sometimes that is uncomfortable. I’m like many of you I don’t want to get out of my comfort zone. But when we do, wonderful changes happen in our businesses and in our relationships. I believe this book can help more then just businesses and corporations. It can help you in your religious and family relationships too. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to change how they look at people and interact with them. A big thumbs up to this book.
